One of the many things that is so great with working for Enspyre is that we have the chance to help so many different kinds of companies. While most of our customers are from the IT industry, we have also worked for gyms, food wholesalers and companies that insulate old buildings.

Folcrom hired us to help them market their Hospital Monitor Arms. This is for sure a first for us because while they have an installed base of 100,000 around the world, they have so far just scratched the surface of the market.

Hospital Monitor Arms are installed by the side of patient beds so that the patient can have easy access to entertainment, communication and information. It has been proven time and again that patients who are more connected to their loved ones heal better. It is stressful to be in a hospital environment so entertainment is more than just a folly. And if the monitor or tablet is connected to the hospital network, doctors and nurses can use it to access confidential medical records.

Having the monitor on an arm like this is important. This way the monitor can be position in the most optimal position when used, but quickly pushed back against the wall when clinicians need to their work around the bed. The Folcrom arms are famous for being very easy to position by anyone, young or old, strong or weak. And it stays where you leave it because the patented gas springs are perfectly adjusted.

Previously Folcrom has mainly sold their hospital monitor arms via one single partner but now they want to build a wider range of relationships with customers around the world. Where before most customer never knew the brand they were using, Folcrom hopes to build direct connections and a strong international brand.

Enspyre is helping them refreshing their website, adding content and starting to advertise online. We are also helping them setting up their first ever Customer Relations Management system and fill it with the contact information of customers around the world. In the next step our telemarketing agents will start calling these customers and them to this new-old brand.
